1. Different types of drying options in WDR and how it works & what you need to do to ensure 100% drying ?
Gentle Dry: Use this option for easy care textiles, synthetic fabrics suitable for easy care and mixed laundry clothes that require low temperature for drying Cupboard Dry: Use this option to dry the clothes enough to be removed and folded. Can be used for everyday clothes such as cotton and mixed. Iron Dry: Use this option to receive ready to iron cotton or linen fabrics, at the end of the cycle. Eco Dry: Drying time is more and 90-100% drying is achieved based on the load. Time Dry: Use this option to dry the laundry for the specified period of time depending on the type of fabric, anount of laundry and moisture content. It will give complete flexibility for the user to select the time depending on the laundry load & the type of laundry. Aroma: Use this option to remove bad odours from the laundry.IFB Washer Dryer Refresher work on condensing principle. Hot air is passed through the laundry using fan blower and the moist air is then condensed to repeat the drying process. Recommended amount of laundry and type of laundry should be used for wash and dry programs. Keep 25% free space inside the drum for proper drying.Limit use of larger garments and thicker garments for 100% drying.
2. How to use different types of drying modes?
Touch the dry button on the control panel to select the dry options available. To scroll through them, touch the dry button until desired option is highlighted. Different options such as Iron Dry, Time dry, Cupboard dry, Gentle dry, Eco dry and Repeat can be selected by using the dry button. The Corresponding symbol will glow once the desired option is selected. To Select the Dry option with Program/Only Dry 1. Select the required program for washing. The dry option LED will flash and default dry option LED symbol will glow (Which can be selected) 2. Dry options can be selected/deselected using the Dry button on the Control panel 3. The first press of the Dry button will select Iron dry. Every subsequent press of the Dry button will select the other dry option in the following sequence- TimeDry, Cupboard dry, Gentle dry, Eco, Dry and Repeat. 4. The selected Dry option LED will glow and the available Dry option LED will flash.
3. Can we wash single woolen blanket?
Yes. Use Woolen Cycle for washing. Drying is not recommended.
4. Why trolley cannot be used for WDR?
These machines are heavy and the motor spins real fast. We do not recommend to use trolley
5. Why machine is taking 6hrs to complete program even if selected Wash + Dry 4Hr combo programs?
Wash+Dry 4Hr is suggested for daily wear, mixed load. Number of garments recomended for washing is 18-20 ( No Bedsheets & Limit towels to 2). Also increase in program time is linked to various input parameters such as water pressure, unbalance, input voltage etc. Addition of 10-15 min will be required for Cool down after the drying phase considering the safety requirement.
6. Why Machine vibrates and moves from one place to another?
Machine vibrates when the leveling f machines on ground is not done properly. Ensure 1. All the foot of the machine resets firmly on the ground. 2. Ground/Floor should be in same plane and leveled.
7. Why machine is getting overheated?
Machine temperature will rise during drying phase. During drying, hot air is circulated inside the drum and the temperature rise is within the safe limit.
8. Why there is wrinkles on clothes even after using machine for 4hrs?
Some Creases/Wrinkles on the laundry will be observed after Wash & Dry cycle. Crease/Wrinkles can be maintained by reducing the amount of laundry and selecting the steam function.
9. How to use sensora kit & Can Sensora be used to all programs and in which compartment to be put?
Select Refresh Cycle or Any Wash Cycle with Dry-Aroma Function. Add the required Sensora Liquid Perfume into the Refresh Compartment of the Detergent Dispenser. Start the cycle. Aroma Function will be executed after washing. Note: Sensora can be used for programs applicable with steam function only. Add sensora in refresh chamber.
10. Do we have Half Load Option In this Machine ?
Yes, you can load any items less than the rated washing capacity for the selected program. Washing will be adjusted according to the laundry loaded.
11. How to use 2hr & 4hrs drying and wash program ?
3 Hour Wash & Dry cycle is suitable for mix laundry on 2.5Kg (6-8 Items) and 4 Hour Wash& Dry Cycle is suitable for during 6-5Kg of laundry (18-20 items)
12. Electricity Consumption of Machine separately during washing /Drying/Refreshing cycle.?
Washing : 0.1-1 units, Drying 1.0-3.5 units, Refresh <0.5 Unit ( This may vary depending on the programe & load)
13. Can we use only Rinse and spin program?
Yes, Select Steam & Dry Program> add rinse function through Rinse Button and Deselect Dry function . Refer User Manual for more information
14. Kindly Explain wash Program In WDR.?
Cotton/Cotton: Cotton color-fast garments such as shirts, trousers, uniforms, bed and table linen, towels, nightdresses,, pyjamas, underwear etc. (20-22 items) Synthetic: Daily wear garments made of polyster, acrylic or polyamide. (12-14 items) Mix/Daily : Various types of cotton synthetic or easy care garments except special garments such as silk/delicates, dark, clothes, wollens, duvets, curtains etc. (12-14 items) Cradle wash: Hand wash only garments as well as delicates, washable fabrics made of satin, synthetic or sheer fabrics (4-6 items) Wool: Machine washable woollen garments only. A neutral wool wash detergent is recomended. (4-5 items) Express 15: Lightly soiled, colored laundry made of cotton, linen synthetic or blended fabric. (6-8 items) Bulky: Machine washable curtains made of cotton and easy care fabrics. Washes large items such as blankets, bedding covers, sofa covers, pillow covers and bebspreads (3-5 items -Limit large items to 3) Baby wear: Baby cloths, underwear, cloth diapers, pillow bed sheets, etc. A high temperature wash and extra rinse ensure perfect cleaning for sensitive skin. (10-12 items) Wash+Dry 2Hr/Wash+Dry 4Hr: Lighly soiled laundry made of various types of cotton, synthetic and easy care garments except special garments such as silk, delicates, dark cloths wool duvets curtains etc. (18-20 items) (No bedsheets, limit towels to 2) Power Steam: Lightly soiled cotton, Synthetic and mixed fabric items. The cycle removes stains effectively (6-8 items) Refresh: Cotton,syntheti and mixed fabric items. Special cloths which can be worn once again, ocassion wear that cannot be washed or soft toys and even newly brought clothes (3-4 items) Anti Allergen: Cotton and linen fabrics in direct contact with skin such as bad linen, pillows underwear nappies, towels etc.(12-14 items) Steam & Dry: Use this program only to dry the wet laundry load
15. How to set Option in machine?
Select the different options by touching the desired option button Temperature: You can change the default temperature within a given range Spin Speed: You can change the default spin speed within given range Options: Touch the option button on the control panel to select the various options available such as Pre wash, Soak & Time saver. During option selection, the corresponding symbols flash, During option slection, the default or already selected option will glow. Non-available option symbols will remain OFF. Touch the options button to select the required option. The corresponding symbol will glow indicating the option has been selected.
16.How to connect IFB Washer Dryer to MY IFB App Via WiFi ?
Download My IFB App from the App store/Play store 1. Power ON the machine & check the status of the Wi-Fi symbol on the machine display 2. The Wi-Fi symbol LED on the machine should start blinking, if not press Wi-Fi button. 3.Open My IFB to register ( make sure you have active internet connection). First time will need to register 4. Tap Register button and fill the details and set password and verify the number with OTP and login with the credentials. 5. After you login go in the Appliances section to Add your machine by scan bar code with the Serial number of the machine that you see once you open your WDR door or back side of the machine. While scanning make sure the red line is in the middle of the Serial number to scan. 6. Once you scan you can see your appliance, if details are ok then proceed with okay. Also you can Rename your machine as per wish by clicking on the Edit symbol. 7. You can operate your machine with two modes that is Direct & Remote mode - Direct mode: In this mode the phone is directly connected to your appliance through Wi-Fi and you dont need an internet connection to operate as long as the connected smart phone is in te appliance range.To use direct mode follow the below steps a. To connect you need to disable your mobile data and enable your Wi-FI and pair with machine then select the direct mode, a pop will open and follow instrution and then Tap Ok. b. The app will scan nearby appliance and you machine will apear on the screen, select appliance and use at your convenienec. - Remote Mode: In this mode appliance is connected to a router with Active internet connection required on both machine and your phone to operate from anywhere. To Remote mode follwo the below steps a. To connect you need to disable your mobile data and enable your Wi-FI and pair with machine then select the Remote mode, a pop will open and follow instrution and then Tap Ok. b. The app will scan nearby appliance and you machine will apear on the screen, select appliance and the app will san nearby routers c. Select the router which you want to connect your machine and enter router password d. Once your appliance is successfully connected it will be lsited in the App>Appliance section e. Turn on the smart phone mobile data connection or connect it to a Wi-Fi network. Your appliance should be connected in Remote mode. f. Operate the appliance by selecting appliance at your convenince with desired wash programs from anywhere.

19.Can Sensora be used to all programs and in which compartment to be put?
Sensora can be used for programs applicable with steam function only. Add sensora in refresh chamber.
20.Kindly explain 5 drying Program
Time Dry: Select Time for drying based on the amount of load. Cupboard Dry: Laundry will be fully dried and ready to fold and store. Creases may be observed. Iron Dry: Laundry will be dried up to 90-95 %. Some moisture will remain for ease during ironing. Minor creases my be observed. Eco Dry: Drying time is more and 90-100% drying is achieved based on the load. Gentle Dry: Drying will be done at low temperature suitable for heat sensitive garments.
21.What is watt of Motor or Heater.

22.What is the Difference between Voltage or Wattage and how to calculate it.

24.Why clothes are not drying properly?
